Andrew and Tristan Tate were reportedly arrested on the 18th of July by the U.S Marshals in Miami, Florida. The high-profile brothers were seen taken into custody just outside a private event following an extradition request from the UK Government and they now face a staggering combined total of over fifty charges.
The sever legal allegation brought against them include multiple counts of grape, arranging or facilitating human trafficking for se**a**l exploitation and assault occasioning actual body harm.
Additionally, the brothers set to be faced with serious charges relating to extreme p0rn0gr**hy and illegal chiled images. The British prosecutors are actively moving forward with extradition proceedings to bring the pair back to face their trial in UK as the are currently held at the Federal high jail in Miami.
They appeared in court on the 27th of July 2026, waiting for the next hearing scheduled for August 13th 2026 to decide on bond and proceed with the extradition process.
