The Authority Board of Commissioners responsible for Nashville Airport has there will be a renaming of its Airport to honor the late Dolly Parton after a unanimous vote, the airport will now be called DOLLY PARTON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.
The unanimous vote recorded in favor of the changing of the airport name in honor of the singer who died on the …, it will verbally become DOLLY PARTON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT for now, as the the name is yet to be made official.
The a statement released by the board of commissioners, it stated “While a final name had not yet been determined, we are working closely with the appropriate parties to thoughtfully determine how Dolly Parton’s name and legacy will be incorporated”.
Already there’s a Dollywood, and hopefully very soon, there will be a Dolly Parton Airport or maybe rename the whole state after the great singer.
