Since the beginning of the Okoye’s family fight, one of the twin brothers Paul Okoye, popularly known as Rude Boy who is one of the Psquare group, has publicly accused his twin brother Peter Okoye also known as Mr. P, of stealing his song words for words.
The song title is WINNING, and he alleged that he sang it word for word. The accusations was made in November 2024 during the highly publicized Psquare saga.
The singer (RudeBoy) claimed that he had recorded WINNING with another producer and the song was supposed to be part of his forthcoming album.
He accused the same producer of giving the song to Mr. P, who then recorded it word for word
Since RudeBoy made this accusations publicly, No court has placed any ruling or dependently verified evidence establish to confirm that Mr. P allegedly stole Rude Boy’s song. Rather Mr. P came out to publicly reject the accusations made by his brother that he stole his song.
Rude Boy presented what he called his original/demo version of the WINNING song, but Mr. P debunked the claim, saying the song was co-written by him and connected to a producer he had worked with.
