The officer who’s addressed as ASP Newton Isokpehi got millions bitterly reacting after seeing him threatening to shoot anyone recording him and cursing Nigerians for protesting Oghenemine Ogidi’s killing in Delta State.
Ogidi, 28, was shot dead by police over a parcel allegedly containing a pistol; family claims he was innocent.
